Die lange Stille von den finnischen Gothic Metal Pionieren SILENTIUM endete schon mit dem Erscheinen der Single und des Videos „Empty“ im Mai 2019, das ein Coversong des finnisch-französischen Pop-Duos Eva+Manu ist. Im Laufe des Sommers werden SILENTIUM ihr sechstes Studioalbum über Out Of Line Music veröffentlichen und planen eine Tournee anlässlich der geplanten Veröffentlichung. Zum neuen Track „Unchained“ gibt es ein Lyric-Video zu sehen.

‚Unchained‘ ist der erste Song, der für das kommende Silentium-Album fertig gestellt wurde. „For years it has lurked in the dark waiting to be released. The idea of this song started to grow from the rhythmic pattern hammered by Janne’s drums in the beginning of the track and evolved to this kind of a solid headbanger of the upcoming album. Riina’s amazing vocals and Aapeli’s and Juha’s smashing guitar leads then perfected the final arrangement“, resümiert Sami Boman.
